We're a small team of residents and engineers, and we built Signout to make residency hunting a little less brutal.
It started as a board for open and off-cycle positions, and a place to find a swap, because the sites that list them are hard to find, expensive, and a pain to search.
Then we went after the harder problem. International grads spend thousands applying to programs that were never going to consider them, because the visa, salary, and screening data they need sits behind a login or a paywall. So we pulled it together and made it free.
