The General Surgery Residency Program at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. has an open ACGME-accredited Categorical PGY-3 training position beginning July 1, 2026. PREREQUISITES (no exceptions):

Successful completion in good standing of two (2) years of U.S. clinical training in an ACGME-accredited general surgery residency training program (or currently enrolled as a PGY-2 for the 2025-26 academic year).
Must have graduated from an Accredited Medical School and/or International Medical Graduates must have a valid ECFMG certificate (Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates)
