Loma Linda University Health Education Consortium
The Loma Linda University Surgery Residency Program has a possible open position for a PGY-4 surgery resident to start July 1, 2026. We would like to hear from Program Directors about highly qualified applicants who are returning from research and do not have a spot, or for residents who have a need to relocate based on geography, or some other reasonable circumstance. Applications will only be considered if we are contacted by a Program Director for a direct recommendation, and a complete application is submitted by the applicant. LOR’s will be accepted as a separate submission via email from the letter writers or from your current program. Applications will be reviewed and interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis. Possession of a valid California Medical License preferred. Due to the short time frame before the next academic year, visas cannot be considered for this position.
For more information about our program, please visit our website, and explore the Prospective Applicant section; https://www.llusurgery.org/, and the Prospective Applicant section of the LLUH GME website for information on benefits and resident resources: https://lluh.org/health-professionals/gme/prospective-residents. No phone calls from applicants please. Phone calls from Program Directors only. Applicants will be notified by email regarding selection for an interview. You will not receive any notification if you are not chosen for an interview.
