We have an opening for a PGY-2 position in the Kaiser Permanente Northern California Pediatric Residency Program, to start 7/1/2025.We are an ACGME accredited program with 30 pediatric residents, including 8 categorical pediatrics and 2 combined pediatrics/MPH residents per year. This opening is for one of the categorical pediatrics positions. We are looking for a growth-oriented team player with strong communication skills, a dedication to patient and family-centered care, and health equity. We are located in the East San Francisco Bay, with easy access to public transportation, cultural amenities, wonderful weather year-round, and close proximity to many state, regional and national parks. Prerequisites for Training:
Graduation from one of the following:US/Canadian LCME accredited medical school.Accredited college of osteopathic medicine by the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA)AN ECFMG certified medical school outside of the US.Pass/passing scores on USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 or COMLEX Level 1 and Level 2 examsCompletion of the first year in good standing at an ACGME accredited pediatric residency program.
